Daddy's Return Home

If you were watching the Today Show today you might have seen this news clip. It is very touching and pulls at the heart strings. For those of you with young children or any age children for that matter will really enjoy this clip. I watched the clip with my youngest, Dylan, who is the same age as the child in the clip. I couldn't help but hug him the whole time. I couldn't imagine being away from your children or family for 7 months.

Today I was doing some location scouting. I usually try and shoot at the location which, if I like it, I'd use when I do Senior Portraits, e-Session or Wedding couples. Today I checked out a location that I'd been wanting to see for some time. My model for the day was my son Dylan. The location was PCC ( local community college ) for those who are not from Pueblo. It has some good areas and interesting backgrounds. I also try and determine what time of day would be best. Afternoon would be best for this location. We shot late morning. But we came away with some really good images. Take a look at the slide show and see for yourself. Oh yah, I liked the location:)
