My son Dylan had a soccer game this weekend at 8am in the morning. It was cloudy and a little cool. I'm sure you can tell by the crowd wearing jackets. He is number 16 and yes he knows that it is the same number worn by Jake Plummer, the quarterback for the Denver Broncos. Even though he told me he would like the number 7 better because John Elway wore that number. Of course his football information is provided to him by his father. I don't know how I'll feel if he grows up and likes another football team.
Back to the soccer game. They don't keep score for the 4-5 year olds but I believe Dylan's team won. Now I have no proof of this. I'm just sure of it.
