A friend of mine has opened up a coffee shop called Gabi's at 415 N. Greenwood Suite G. in Pueblo, CO. Lisa Petrovich along with her husband Dave and her cousin Laura Scanlan have been running the coffee shop for about 6 months. Along with coffee they have an espresso bar and gift baskets.
